Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue when contacting us.

Final Sale Items

Cut fabric, custom orders, personalized products, finished products, foam cut to size, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
